2.5-hour online training designed for complete beginners through to more advanced beginners in hand-balancing.

Class Timing:

  • 1 hour yoga
  • 5 min break
  • 1 hour handstand training
  • 15 min cool down
  • Q&A at the end

Class Structure:

  • Full body warm up based on mobility, strength and compression drills
  • Shoulder preparation and hamstrings flexibility
  • Wall Handstand alignment drills
  • Break down step-by-step how to jump to handstand
  • Techniques to build a solid foundation for balance and control

  • A working video camera (MUST BE ON ! Must see you from Hands to Toes)

  • A hard floor or board to practice on (NO CARPET)

  • Enough free wall space

  • 2 yoga blocks

  • A yoga mat

  • 1–2 kg ankle weights (optional)

  • An elastic band
