MONDAY - BEGINNER AlIGNMENT CLASS

A very enjoyable class.  Hanna gave everyone a lot of individual attention.  

This class is designed for students who want to learn or improve their **Press-Up**. Please prepare your with wrists and shoulders before joining the class, as we’ll dive straight into **pancake and box-splits stretches**, followed by focused **press drills**.

⏱️ Duration: 60 minutes

📍 Level: Beginner

A 60-min beginner class to build your Press-Up with specific flexibility exercises towards pancake and box splits and press-up drills.

TUESDAY BEGINNER PRESS CLASS

This all level class, is perfect for students who are looking to improve their strength, flexibility, and control in handstands, with a special focus on both Straight-Line and Straddle Press-Up drills. With plenty of time on your hands.

**What the class consists of:**

- First 30 minutes on Straight-Line practice.

- Last 30 minutes on Press-Up drills.

- Full body warm-up, with specific flexibility drills to help you to get into pancake and box-split's.

- Strength, Compression and Press-Up drills.\
  Working on techniques to eventually, over time being able press-up into a handstand from a straddle.

- Straddle holds & negatives:\
  Working on negatives, chest and back to wall to develop more strength and control.

- Beginners will use the wall, intermediate be in the middle of the room.

- Add ankle weights if you want to take things to the next level.

Straight-line & Straddle Press-Up class, focus on flexibility, strength, compression, straight line and straddle holds. Suitable for all levels.

WEDNESDAY STRAIGHT LINE & STRADDLE PRESS-UP CLASS

This class focuses on mastering handstand entries and transitions, depending on the week we’ll work on:

- L- Shape & L-Straight

- L-Shape to Tuck or Straddle

- Tuck to Straight

- Straddle to Straight

- Pike to Straight

*Pre-requisite: You should be able to kick up or hold a handstand against the wall for up to 30 seconds.*

**What the Class Includes:**

- Warm-up
- Flexibility exercises
- Handstand entries and holds
- Stretching during rest
- Core conditioning and strength work

**Options:**

- Use the wall

- Middle of the room for more of a challenge

- Add ankle weights if you want an extra push

FRIDAY'S - ENTRIES CLASS

SATURDAY'S - Alignment / Head - In & Handstand Conditioning Class

This intermediate class focuses on refining your technique in a supportive environment while mastering handstand shapes, smooth transitions and developing strength, endurance, and control.

We’ll work on your straight-line, explore shapes such as tuck, straddle, and pike (deep 7), head positions, and practise entries and kick-ups. Each session includes wrist and shoulder warm-ups, core conditioning, flexibility work, 45–60 second handstand holds and active recovery between sets.

THURSDAY'S - HANDSTAND CLASS (MARLOW)

Been dabbling in handstands for 4 years and reached a bit of a plateau and needed someone to point out the imperfections, especilly my rendition of a bananna.  
I'm not really a gym/class person, however I recieved a reasuring walm, friendly welcome by Torsten, Hanna and the rest of the attendees making it a condusive learning enviroment.
The session was well structured and delivered by Hanna with a real sence of humour, 'now lets do some L sits' which I feel is a huge bonus, relaxing attendees.
I got the sence Hanna had eyes in the back of her head, due to the reasurance delivered to the new members of the class, from well across the room.
I took away a number of excercises I aim to add to my practice, in an attempt.....to get a straighter alignment.
So of your like me and reached a plateau and need someone to add constructive feedback, give it a go. I didn't regret it and will certainly attend another session in future.
