What happens at this event?

This class is designed for students who want to learn or improve their Press-Up. Please prepare your with wrists and shoulders before joining the class, as we’ll dive straight into pancake and box-splits stretches, followed by focused press drills.

  • A working video camera (must be ON! Best if I can see you from hands to toes)

  • A hard floor or board to practice on (no carpet)

  • Enough free wall space for straddle CTW
