This class focuses on teaching the fundamentals and helping you achieve a straight handstand in a safe and supportive environment.
We’ll work through flexibility and mobility exercises to improve your range of motion, followed by strength and alignment drills to build body awareness and control.
Each session includes a warm-up, focused time on your hands, and a cool-down with Q&A to consolidate your learning.
