This fun and interactive online class is perfect for kids aged 6–12 who want to build strength, balance, and confidence while learning handstand basics.
We’ll play with fun drills and explore upside-down shapes in a safe and supportive way. Beginners are welcome, and no special equipment is needed—just a bit of space and plenty of enthusiasm!
Note: Depending on your child’s age and experience, a parent might need to join in for the first few classes. Once they’re comfortable and confident, they’re welcome to take part on their own!
